We offer a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for your special family member while you are away. Boarding and Scheduling Information
We want your dog's stay with us to be smooth, comfortable, and worry free! Here's everything you need to know about scheduling, fees, and payments:
Drop-off and pick-up times, by appointment only:
- Morning: 8:00am - 10:00am
- Evening: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Scheduling within these windows helps us keep the environment calm and
Boarding Fees
- Overnight Boarding: $40 per dog, per night.
- The first night is charged on the day of arrival, whether drop-off is morning or evening.
- You are charged for each night your dog stays.
Day Care Fees
- Day Care: $20 per dog, per day.
- Same drop-off and pick-up windows apply:
- (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, by appointment only).
- Perfect for dogs who just need care during the day without an overnight stay.
Pick-up Day and Late Fees
- Dogs must be picked up by 10:00 AM on the scheduled pick-up day.
- Any dog not picked up by 10:00 AM will incur an additional $20 late pick-up fee.
- Exception: The late pick-up fee does not apply if your dog was originally dropped off during the PM time block.
Payment Policy
- For stays of 7 nights or more, 50% of the total boarding cost is due at drop-off.
- The remaining balance, including any additional fees (such as late pick-up), is due at pick-up.
- We accept: Cash, Check, and Credit Card.
Pick-up Day and Late Fees
To help us provide the best care for your pup, please bring:
- Your dog’s current food, medication, and supplements – enough for the entire stay (we have a refrigerator if needed).
- Any special treats or toys you’d like them to have.
- Vaccination records – must be up to date on Rabies, Parvo, and Distemper.
